Actually the company is NDCHealth at the time I signed on but a big fish in the healthcare software industry (Per Se) and yes even bigger fish (McKesson) were eyeing our company and software as a an asset to be bought and brought aboard. Per-Se bought NDC then McKesson bought Per-Se.

Welcome to La La land.  They really do not know what it is I do. It's easy.  You take the x.12 Spec for the 837 file and build the software interface and maintain it for over 1300 hospitals. Anyone can do it. I do it.

McKesson

We are saved from La La land and profiteering takeover (Thank You McKesson!) but we got a lot of paddling to do to get where we are going but we are making headway changing the healthcare industry.
