There is a lot be said and surely a lot has been said.  Here are letters from a past long gone but the situations and events are fresh as the day they were told. My Great Uncle Otto - My grandma's brother was quite a fellow. Mechanic, navigator, pilot, Aikido instructor, prison guard and generally a pretty nice guy. I met him twice as a child and was better after each encounter. His letters from WWII tell quite a story..

Fighting his legal case is not cheap even representing my self Pro Se  It costs about $350.00 per deposition and the opposing counsel has the right to depose any witness I call.  Since I have done my homework and gathered about 30 witnesses on August 1, 2008 opposing counsel decided he needed to depose another 7 of them. That means about $2450.00 bucks just for talking to these people.

Also some witnesses won't talk unless they are compensated for their time. In the last case my expert set me back $5000.00 in the last case that my lawyers quit me on.

So to help defer some the the costs I am still shamelessly asking for donations.  I am accepting contributions by Regular mail via my post office box or by Pay Pal.
