Heaven's Reach

Heaven's reach is about losing a family loved one. All that passes between you and family is forgiven when they step into Heavens Reach and are beyond your knowing.

This is dedicated to my friend. They know who they are. May you find peace.

Heavens Reach

Just another day comes, Right before the night

Tell me that you’ll be there, Make things right

Cold day waters, Are washing over me

Trying to take me down, And turn me away from me

Can’t we see

Heaven’s reach

Is it that time that , We have nothing to say

Words are ending, Things that we pray

What we are finding, Was there before

Was the beginning, On heavens door

Can’t we see, And I’m calling out, Crying out your name

Can’t we see, That I’m running out, People here to blame

Can’t you see, That your leaving now, Leaves me alone

Can’t you see, That heaven’s reach, Is a long way from home

You took away my innocence, Rattled me with pain

You made it hard to believe, That anything was sane

Strange that I learned from you, I Learned how to forgive

Having not known before, I learned how to live

Can’t we see, And I’m calling out, Crying out your name

Can’t we see, That I’m running out, People here to blame

Can’t you see, That your leaving now, Leaves me alone

Can’t you see, That heaven’s reach, Is a long way from home
